ai ya today wake up in the morning headach cannot go for swimming lesson lo!!!!!

timing for gold is below 3 mins!!!!!!!!my best time is 2.13 lo!!!
well below the standard timming! and somemore i never got more than 2.50 one lo!
i dun even think i hit 2.40!!!!!! all like 2.30 plus or minus one!!!!!!
my laps also can wad! 6 backstroke 6 sidestroke and 8 front stroke!!!
